Utility Information
All utility bills are mailed approximately the first day of each month.
Any utility bill not paid on or before the 15th of the month will be subject to a late charge of $10.00.
Any utility bill not paid on or before the 25th of the month shall subject that utility customer user to an additional late charge of $40.00 for nonpayment and liable to have the water service disconnected without notice beginning the 26th of the month (unless the 26th falls on a weekend or holiday – disconnection would then take place on the next business day).
Regardless of whether water has been disconnected, customers shall pay all accumulated late charges.
If water reconnection is requested after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or on a weekend, there will be an additional after hours charge of $60.00.
If for some reason you do not get your utility bill, it is still your responsibility to pay your
utility bill. Please call or come by Town Hall to find out the amount of your
bill!

Watering Schedule
Watering is allowed only 2 days per week by the Water Management District
Residents with addresses ending in an even number
or letters A through M:
May water on Tuesdays and Saturdays
Residents with addresses ending in an odd number
or letters N through Z:
May water on Wednesdays and Sundays
Water before 10:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m.
No watering is allowed between 10 a.m. & 4 p.m. No watering is allowed on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays. The rules do not restrict car washing or irrigation of non-lawn portions of the landscape, hand watering or the use of low-volume irrigation methods to any particular day pf the week. Please use hoses with shut-off valves when washing vehicles.
